Project Manager

About the Role

TulipTech is looking for a proactive, organized, and AI-savvy Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation to successful completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, deliverables, risks, and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the expected quality standards.

The Project Manager will work closely with clients, developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business teams, and management to ensure smooth project execution. The candidate is also expected to leverage AI tools and modern technologies to improve productivity, project planning, documentation, communication, reporting, and overall project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute software and technology projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, milestones, and priorities.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, task assignments, and documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication with clients and internal teams.
• Ensure project requirements are clearly understood and effectively communicated to the technical team.
• Track project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and scope.
• Monitor project budgets, resources, dependencies, and overall project performance.
• Identify potential risks, blockers, dependencies, and delays and take timely corrective action.
• Manage changes in project scope and ensure proper communication and approval of changes.
• Conduct regular project meetings, stand-ups, progress reviews, and client update sessions.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and clients.
• Manage client expectations and maintain strong professional relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure deliverables meet quality and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining effective timelines.
• Ensure proper project documentation, handover, and closure upon completion.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes, workflows, and team productivity.
• Use data and project insights to support decision-making and improve project outcomes.

AI & Technology Responsibilities

• Must be proficient in using AI tools to improve project planning, execution, documentation, communication, research, reporting, and productivity.
• Effectively use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and other relevant AI tools.
• Leverage AI for creating project plans, meeting summaries, reports, documentation, task breakdowns, requirement analysis, research, and stakeholder communication.
• Use AI tools to identify potential project risks, analyze information, organize data, and generate actionable insights.
• Explore and implement AI-driven solutions to reduce repetitive manual work and improve project and team efficiency.
• Stay updated with emerging AI tools and technologies relevant to project management and software development.
• Demonstrate responsible and practical use of AI while maintaining confidentiality, data security, and professional judgment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a software or technology company.
• Strong understanding of software development and project delivery processes.
• Practical experience with Agile/Scrum or other project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong client management and relationship-building skills.
• Proven proficiency in using AI tools for professional and project management purposes.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, tools, and ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certification.
• Experience managing web, mobile, SaaS, or other software projects.
• Experience working with international clients.
• Basic understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, databases, software architecture, and other technical concepts.
• Experience working in a fast-paced technology or product development environment.
