Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance responsive websites and web applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-structured code.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces across desktop and mobile devices.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party services as required.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and bugs.
  • Optimize websites for performance, speed, security, and scalability.
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure functionality and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Maintain and update existing websites and applications.
  • Stay updated with current web development technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in web development.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Highly experienced in working with CMS platforms and complex custom functionality development. 
  • Experience or knowledge about modern frontend frameworks such as React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js.
  • Good understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
  • Understanding of website performance optimization and basic SEO principles.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong English communication and writing skill, for requirement gathering, documentation and client communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Odoo ERP backend development (Python) will be prioritised.
  • Experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, or other backend technologies.
  • Familiarity with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Framer, Webflow, Shopify, or Magento.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Codex is preferred.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices.
  • Experience deploying websites or applications using cloud/server environments.

Work Duration

Candidate will be working at UK hours, in local BD time from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
