UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

•  Design user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile applications.
•  Conduct user research and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
•  Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
•  Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
•  Maintain and enhance design systems while ensuring consistency across products and platforms.
•  Incorporate user feedback and usability testing results into design improvements.
•  Apply user-centered design principles to solve complex product and usability challenges.
•  Create responsive designs that provide a consistent experience across different devices and screen sizes.
•  Work with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs and maintain design quality throughout the development process.
•  Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, technologies, and industry best practices.
•  Leverage AI tools throughout the end-to-end design process, including research, ideation, design reasoning, content generation, workflow creation, prototyping, and design iteration.
•  Use AI to accelerate design exploration, generate alternative solutions, identify usability considerations, and improve design workflows.
•  Create effective prompts and workflows to collaborate with AI tools for faster and more efficient product development.
•  Evaluate AI-generated design outputs critically and refine them based on usability, accessibility, brand requirements, and user needs. 

Requirements

•  2–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
•  Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects for web and/or mobile applications.
•  Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
•  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability standards.
•  Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and responsive designs.
•  Strong knowledge of design systems, typography, color theory, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
•  Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is a plus.
•  Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
•  Experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly product and development teams.
•  Experience as an AI-Driven UI/UX Designer, integrating AI tools into the end-to-end design process.
•  Hands-on experience with Claude for UX design, design reasoning, workflow generation, and rapid prototyping is preferred.
•  Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development tools such as ChatGPT, Figma AI, v0, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms.
• Ability to create effective prompts and collaborate with AI to streamline design and product development.
• Ability to balance AI-generated outputs with human creativity, design judgment, usability, and business requirements.
• A strong interest in emerging AI technologies and their application in digital product design.
